“Oh, to be a Christmas Tree!” So wishes the ambitious young fir tree in Hans Christian Andersen’s literary fairytale, “The Fir Tree.” This bittersweet story of dreams and passage is brought wonderfully to life by radio personality, Dean Hollin and the 80 voices of the combined Westben Choruses (from the “saplings” to the “mighty oaks”!). Bundle up to experience Westben’s perennial holiday favourite event at The Barn, or indoors at friendly Norwood United Church.
