The stars align! Three internationally acclaimed classical musicians join together a performance of Beethoven's mighty Piano Trio in B-flat major, Op. 97 “Archduke” and Ravel’s shimmering Piano Trio in A minor.

Hailed as one of the great romantic virtuosos, Canadian pianist André Laplante has performed extensively throughout North America, Europe and Asia ever since his silver medal win at the 1978 Tchaikovsky International Piano Competition. Founder and Artistic Director of Toronto’s Via Salzburg recital series, violinist Mayumi Seiler also enjoys an extensive international career, having been soloist with orchestras from Toronto, London and Moscow to Australia and Hong Kong. Cellist Colin Carr has also appeared with major orchestras worldwide, including the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, The Philharmonia, Royal Philharmonic, BBC Symphony, the orchestras of Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington, Philadelphia, Montréal and all the major orchestras of Australia and New Zealand.
