OPTION A - Turkey Apple & Brie Club

• Caper’s Signature Sous-Vide turkey breast with apple, brie, double smoked applewood bacon & chipotle-aioli

• Caper’s Signature Salad: Seasonal greens with mandarins, sunflower, seeds, raisins, carrots, cucumbers, tomato, & pickled beets. Choice of dressing – balsamic, buttermilk-dill, raspberry poppyseed or blue cheese

• Dessert – choice of carrot or chocolate cake

OPTION B - Grilled Veggie Wrap • Grilled vegetables, mushrooms, assorted peppers, pesto aioli inside a grilled tortilla

• Caper’s Signature Salad: Seasonal greens with mandarins, sunflower, seeds, raisins, carrots, cucumbers, tomato, & pickled beets. Choice of dressing – balsamic, buttermilk-dill, raspberry poppyseed or blue cheese

OPTION C - Charcuterie Board • Variety of cheese, cured meat, pickled vegetables, assorted olives, crostini & pepper jelly
